My interest in sound developed further during my studies in the former East Germany and during my military service in the Soviet Army behind the Arctic Circle, where my daily the companion was a tape recorder in the private radio workshop of the military unit. Since 2000, I have focused on understanding the deeper philosophy of sound listening, which means looking for life, detail and air, or the best emotion, in a stage space.
